Child’s Pose Yoga Studio and Michelle invite you to this monthly offering of mind, body, and soul soothing sounds followed by complimentary botanical tea.
Sound guided meditations consist of an ensemble of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other instruments to help calm the nervous system, slow down brain waves, and stimulate relaxation. Benefits can include decreased stress levels, increased creativity, and overall sense of ease.
Freshly brewed botanical teas sweetened with a touch of local honey offered post-session can help ground and enlighten.
Session are approximately 60-70 minutes long and may include light pranayama or vocal toning. Attendees are invited to stay and connect with the community (and let the sound-stoned sensation subside).
Yoga mats, blankets, & a limited number of bolster are provided. Additional accoutrements that will help attendees feel more comfortable for being in a reclining position are encouraged.
